بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
شراب نوشی کی وعید اور سزائیں (احادیث کی روشنی میں)
شرابیوں کو دوزخیوں کا خون اور پیپ پلائی جائے گی :-
” حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : شراب پینے والے کی چالیس روز نماز قبول نہیں ہوتی۔ اگر وہ تائب ہو جائے تو اللہ اسکی توبہ قبول کرتا ہے۔ اگر وہ پھر شراب پی لے تو چالیس روز اسکی نماز قبول نہیں ہوتی۔ اگر وہ تائب ہو جائے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اسکی توبہ قبول کرتا ہے۔ اگر وہ پھر شراب پی لے تو چالیس روز اسکی نماز قبول نہیں ہوتی۔ اگر وہ تائب ہو جائے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی توبہ قبول کرتا ہے۔ اگر وہ چوتھی بار شراب پی لے تو چالیس روز تک اللہ اسکی نماز قبول نہیں کرتا۔ اگر تائب ہو جائے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اسکی توبہ قبول نہیں کرتا اور اسے دوزخیوں کے خون اور پیپ کی نہر سے پلائے گا “۔ (جامع ترمذی)
شراب پینے والوں کو دوزخیوں کا پسینہ پلایا جائے گا :-
” حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص یمن سے آیا، اس نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے اس شراب کے بارے میں دریافت کیا، جو وہ اپنے علاقے میں مکئی سے بنا کر پیتے تھے، جسے ”مزر“ کہا جاتا تھا۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے دریافت کیا، کیا وہ نشہ آور ہے؟ اس نے جواب دیا، جی ہاں! آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا، ہر نشہ آور چیز حرام ہے۔ بلاشبہ اللہ نے اس بات کا ذمہ لیا ہے کہ جو شخص نشہ آور (مشروب) پیئے گا تو وہ اس کو ’طینۃ الخبال‘ پلائے گا۔ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے دریافت کیا، اے اللہ کے رسول ﷺ ! ”طینۃ الخبال“ سے کیا مراد ہے؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا، (اس سے مراد) دوزخیوں کا پسینہ وغیرہ ہے جو ان کے بدن سے خارج ہوگا “۔ (صحیح مسلم)
عہد نبوی ﷺ میں شراب نوشی کی سزا :-
” حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس ایک شرابی کو لایا گیا، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے سزا دو! تو ہم میں سے کچھ لوگ اسے گھونسے مار رہے تھے، جبکہ کچھ لوگ جوتے مار رہے تھے، بعد میں آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا اس کی سرزنش کرو تو لوگوں نے اسے (ڈانٹ پلاتے ہوئے) کہا تو نے تقویٰ اختیار نہیں کیا، تو اللہ سے بے خوف ہو گیا، تو نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بھی شرم نہیں کی۔ کچھ لوگوں نے کہا تجھے اللہ ذلیل کرے۔ یہ سن کر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا، ایسی بات کہہ کر اسکے خلاف شیطان کی معاونت نہ کرو، البتہ یہ کہو اے اللہ اسکو معاف کر، اس پر رحم کر “۔ (سنن ابو داؤد)
” سائب بن یزید رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کے زمانے میں اور ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور خلافت میں اور عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور خلافت کے آغاز میں شرابی انسان کو لایا جاتا، ہم اسے گھونسوں، جوتوں اور اپنی چادروں سے مارتے تھے لیکن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور خلافت کے آخر میں شرابی کو چالیس کوڑے لگائے جاتے اور جب لوگ زیادہ ہی سرکش ہو گئے اور فسق و فجور میں مبتلا ہو گئے تو عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسی (۸۰) کوڑے لگائے “۔ (صحیح بخاری)
English Translation
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Warnings and Punishments for Drinking Khamr — In the Light of Hadith
Drinkers Will Be Given the Blood and Pus of the People of Hell:
“Hazrat ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘The Salah (prayer) of the one who drinks Khamr is not accepted for forty days. If he repents, Allah accepts his repentance. If he drinks again, his Salah is not accepted for forty days. If he repents, Allah accepts his repentance. If he drinks again, his Salah is not accepted for forty days. If he repents, Allah accepts his repentance. But if he drinks a fourth time, Allah does not accept his Salah for forty days; and if he repents, Allah will not accept his repentance and will make him drink from the river of the blood and pus of the inhabitants of Hell.’” (جامع ترمذی)
Drinkers Will Be Given the Sweat of the People of Hell:
“Hazrat Jabir رضي الله عنه narrates that a man came from Yemen and asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a drink prepared from maize in their region, known as ‘مزر’. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked, ‘Is it intoxicating?’ He replied, ‘Yes.’ The Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Every intoxicant is حرام. Indeed, Allah has taken it upon Himself that whoever drinks intoxicants will be made to drink “طینۃ الخبال”.’ The Companions رضي الله عنهم asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! What is meant by طینۃ الخبال?’ He ﷺ replied: ‘It is the sweat and discharge of the people of Hell that will flow from their bodies.’” (صحیح مسلم)
Punishment for Drinking Khamr During the Time of the Prophet ﷺ:
“Hazrat Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrates that a man who had drunk Khamr was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He ﷺ said, ‘Punish him!’ Some of us struck him with our hands, others with their shoes. Later, the Prophet ﷺ said, ‘Reprimand him.’ People began to admonish him, saying: ‘You did not adopt Taqwa (God-consciousness), you were not fearful of Allah, and you did not feel ashamed before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.’ Some said, ‘May Allah disgrace you.’ Upon hearing this, the Prophet ﷺ said: ‘Do not assist Shaytan against him by saying such words; rather say: O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him.’” (سنن ابو داؤد)
“Sa’ib ibn Yazid رضي الله عنه narrates that during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and in the Khilafah of Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه, and in the early period of the Khilafah of ‘Umar رضي الله عنه, when a person who had drunk Khamr was brought, we would beat him with our hands, shoes, and cloaks. But in the later period of ‘Umar’s Khilafah, the drinker was given forty lashes; and when people became more rebellious and immersed in sin and immorality, ‘Umar رضي الله عنه prescribed eighty lashes.” (صحیح بخاری)
